Every year, our glamorous Pink Diamond Gala is the Maurer Foundation’s biggest fundraiser—and the 2013 event is quickly approaching! On October 17th, attendees will gather at The Carltun in Eisenhower Park, East Meadow, NY, for an evening of dining, live music, and dancing, all to support our life-saving mission of breast health education.
We are now seeking sponsors for this year’s Pink Diamond Gala, which is key to our efforts in breast health education. Since our inception, The Maurer Foundation has reached over 200,000 individuals with our breast health programs, including thousands of high school and college students. These young people attend our breast health seminars and learn about the positive choices they can make to reduce their risk of developing breast cancer, as well as the importance of early detection.
