- Siler & Ingber, LLP hosted their annual Thanksgiving pie-eating contest and generously chose The Maurer Foundation as the beneficiary of the event.
- Huntington Honda, Garden City Mazda, and North Coast Subaru made a donation for every test drive in October.
- Our friends at the Long Island Women’s Inter-Club Tennis League made a generous donation in support of breast health education.
- The Vistas of Port Jefferson sold hot dogs at their fall Community Market.
- Supporting us for the 10th straight year, Dan’s Pet Care held their Paws for a Cause fundraiser for the Foundation.
- Bayport-Blue Point High School Girls Soccer Team hosted a soccer match fundraiser.
- For every Power of Pink Bracelet purchased in October, Brighton Collectibles Walt Whitman donated $10 to the Foundation.
- The Kicks for Cancer Soccer Game was held at Hauppauge High School in support of breast health.
- The Long Island Center for Yoga in Babylon hosted Yoga Nidra donating the proceeds.
- Lafayette 148 at Americana Manhasset hosted a Sip & Shop in honor of Dr. Maurer of her trailblazing work, donating a portion of their sales.
- Sonia’s Florist in Mineola created a Maurer Foundation charity bloom in honor of The Maurer Foundation for Valentine Day and Mother’s Day.
- The incredible students and staff of PS/MS 47Q hosted two bake sales, a dress-down day, and a walkathon on the Rockaway Beach Boardwalk raising funds and awareness.
- Pack Athletic Club in Deer Park hosted their Shoot Out Cancer event all month in honor of us.
- Accompsett Middle School went all in this October! Students sold bracelets, key chains, temp tattoos, pink donuts AND held a walk. They even created and sold t-shirts and wore them on Tuesdays throughout the month of October.
- Ship Wreck Cove LI brought the spooky Halloween vibes to breast cancer awareness month by accepting donations at their haunted pirate Halloween display in Massapequa.
- Anasofia Betancourt & Lana Mohan held a breast cancer awareness month bake sale to raise funds and awareness for the Foundation.
- Vincenzo’s Pizzeria of Levittown gave back by donating 10% of the day’s sales.
- The Ride by Hollywood in Long Beach held a cycling class in honor of us and donated a portion of the proceeds.
- The Melville Group of the Greens made a donation to support our cause.
- The staff of Rallye Lexus held a bake sale in their show room, donating the proceeds to The Maurer Foundation.
