On July 24th, the Mind Body Spirit Expo will bring an inspiring combination of speakers, demonstrations, and workshops to Carlyle on the Green in Farmingdale for a one-day celebration of health and wellness—and the expo’s organizers have named the Maurer Foundation as the sole recipient of the proceeds from the day’s events!
This informative celebration of holistic women’s health fits perfectly with our mission of empowering young women to make positive choices for their long-term health. Many of the expo’s presentations directly relate to breast cancer prevention: nutrition and vegan cooking, weight loss, and even yoga tailored for breast health. Speakers will address positive steps women can take to improve their health, from stress management techniques to aromatherapy and massage. In addition, the Mind Body Spirit Expo keynote speaker, women’s health advocate Dr. Neeta Shah, will also be one of the honorees at our upcoming Pink Diamond Dinner on October 17th.
The Maurer Foundation is honored to be the recipient of the proceeds from this unique event, and invite all of our supporters to join us for a day of learning and inspiration. Your ticket purchase will help to fund our life-saving message of early detection and prevention—we can’t wait to see you there!
