We are deeply indebted to Aston Martin Long Island and special guest Laura Schwab, President of Aston Martin The Americas, for hosting this fabulous Cars & Coffee fundraiser in our honor in July. The event kicked off at the Long Island Sports Cars showroom in Roslyn, where we admired and mingled amongst their sleek fleet of rare sports cars, all while savoring a fantastic continental breakfast spread that included made-to-order crepes and nitro cold brew coffee. After breakfast, a dozen Aston Martins hit the road, rallying to The Baker House 1650 in East Hampton, where we enjoyed a fantastic lunch, a challenging virtual golf simulation from Golf Pro Delivered, and a presentation from our Executive Director Susan Samaroo about The Maurer Foundation’s mission. It was a spectacular day in a beautiful venue and the event raised $1600 for our breast health programs. We can’t thank our friends at Aston Martin Long Island and Long Island Sports Cars enough!
